An LED panel or display isn't a single unit, but a complex piece of electronics that need to be protected well. For this reason, all our LED signs are built using our exclusive Protector sealed cases that keep their delicate insides safe from extremes of heat and cold, as well as all forms of weather. These Protector cases, made from milled aluminum, have a specially designed access door system that allows them to be easily operated on.

Further, many of our larger LED displays aren't a single LED array at all, but a modular series of them, which are linked together. This makes replacing a defective element a snap. It really involves nothing more than unscrewing a couple of captive fasteners, taking out the defective module, and replacing it with a new one.

Installation and Programming

Our LED displays come ready to run, with virtually no extra assembly or installation required besides the mechanics of mounting the signs where you want them. Once they're hooked up to power, all they need is a communications source and you're ready to go. Depending on the model sign you purchase, you will have options for using a serial port, Ethernet or a traditional modem to communicate with it.

After that, everything is done with our exclusive software packages, which run on any standard Windows computer. Your messages, pictures, and videos can be imported directly from existing resources on your hard drive.

Guarantee

We guarantee all our displays, modules, parts for two full year. During this time, we will replace or remend our goods for free if there is something wrong with them.

We will provide maintenance for a lifetime and charge for the raw materils only.

In short, there's no reason to worry about LED panel maintenance. We've done everything we can to make our LED displays as easy-to-use as possible.
