Few days after New Year’s day of 2015, the sales team of Mary has made a rapid reaction to comprehensively arrange the development plan and new goal in the new year 2015. On January 6, Sales Conference of Mary Photoelectricity was held in Shenzhen.

General manager Mr. Chenzebo, deputy general manager ChenTao, MAC, LiMinghua, MingZhonghua, the managers of each department and all the sales staff have attended this meeting, which is presided over by LiMinghua ,the sales director of domestic trade department. In the meeting, we summed up the sales status in 2014, commend and reward the outstanding groups and individuals, and also make it clear for the sales mission and target in 2015.

01.The deep expectations of General Manager Chen

In the meeting, firstly, Chen sincerely praise all the sales stuff for the efforts they made in 2014,then he made a deep bow to them to express sincere thanks. He said: the achievement Mary has made in 2014 was closely connected to everyone’s joint effort, and it depends on the unity and advancement of us to achieve the goal of sales performance in 2015.

Today, Mary has enough capacity to challenge the more severe market of LED field in 2015.To reach the goal of making great progress in the new year is depended on everybody’s hard work. We never failed in anything as long as we have a good team!

For the goal in 2015, Chen expressed his confidence to lead us to make a breakthrough. he quote a video story of” Women generals of the Yang big Yangs ”in “ Lady General Mu Takes Command”to vividly expound the spirit he admire and the team he hunger for, at last he showed deep expectation to everyone on the floor - unity!

02. About my 2014 and determination in 2015

In the meeting, according to the topic of “say my 2014, welcome 2015”, representatives of each department shared their experience with us. The stories between Mary and each one, the growing and reward in Mary and the tears and laughter in the work has been recalled and apperceived, you can only be experienced the happiness and sorrow with us side by side at the front line of Mary.

During their speech, the keywords like Youth, loser counter attack, Thanksgiving, change, to get more commission and ;breakthrough have been mentioned lots of times, all the audience applauded to respond.

Due to this meeting, everyone knows better about each other, the more valuable thing is that the past every colleague shares is a real fact, the process they grew up one after another condensed into one inspirational story about Mary after another.
